Lower Manhattan Open Hearts is looking for winter coat donations for adults of all genders in all sizes! Do you have any new or lightly used coats taking up space in your closet? Donate them to your neighbors living in a shelter or supportive housing! 

We’ll be collecting warm winter coats through the week of December 15th. Here’s how to help:

Write a note to a neighbor

Don’t have a coat? Submit a kindness note! We’ll place a note in each coat before donating. To get the template and add your note (you can do this virtually; we’ll handle the printing and placing the notes in coats!), email Jayme at jayme@openheartsinitiative.org, and she’ll send it to you.
