Our Upper East Side and Upper West Side Open Hearts chapters are collaborating to assemble and distribute care kits to neighbors experiencing street homelessness. We are excited to partner with Project 12:31 to get this done! We need volunteers to assemble and distribute kits on the UWS (location upon RSVP).

• Help set up (from 9 AM - 10 AM)

• Assemble kits (10 AM - 12 PM)

• Distribute kits outside (12 PM - 1:30 PM)
